For organizers of any event, participants' medical security and comfort are a priority: stress, fatigue, responsibility, overbooking… all of these are risk factors that can take their toll during an event. And coupled with the medical risk connected to an eventual malaise, comes inevitable disturbance to the event.
The answer to this risk is having one of our doctors on site.
:: How to use our services ? ::
For each request for medical back up, our supervising doctor in charge of your event proposes a complete solution and an operating budget.
Events medical security in France : 3 steps
- Drawing up of a preparatory file : realized in link with your Production staff, he identifies the exact nature of the event, number and profile of attendants, potential and specific risks, topography of the scene, accessibility and all useful information concerning the local medical facilities.
- Setting up of our doctor, or our medical team, with its medical equipment : Resuscitation kit, Traumatology and light surgery equipment, Pharmacy
- During the event, real time follow up by our operationnal development monitoring and our supervising doctor, in order to help the team on the spot or supervise any medical problem.
Incentive trips medical security abroad : 3 steps
- Drawing up of a preparatory file, listing risks and local specificities (tropical pathologies, technical level of hospitals, local emergency assistance, evacuation means…). Identification of medical risks by collecting medical information from each person attending the event through a confidential questionnaire received by Medic'Air International prior to the journey.
- Setting up of our doctor and medical equipment, to give an immediate answer to any pathology occuring during the event, and ready to take charge of a patient needing intensive care
- 24 hours on 24 alert of our Operations department in Paris to back up our physician on site and answer any request for help, including activating an urgent air ambulance evacuation
:: Our intervention ::
We intervene before, during and after your event:
Before: during the installation of the site, the presence of our doctor avoids wasting time at the local hospital if there is a sick or wounded technician: care is immediately available
During: the medical team is fully integrated in your organization , discreetly , and takes in charge all medical problems .
It intervenes:
- to ensure medical comfort for attending participants
- to treat minor feelings of sickness, malaise, and allow your host to stay at the event. By having our physician at the event, care is more personal and is given more rapidly thus avoiding the need for recourse to the emergency ward of the nearest hospital;
- to give first specialized advanced life support in serious cases, and serve as the vital interface with local emergency services.
Afterward: after the event, if a participant is still hospitalized or ill, one of our doctors will serve as the link between yourself and the attendant medical team.
In close contact with the organizer, a Medic'Air International doctor, in France and abroad, takes charge of the medical security on the spot :
- he has expertise and can give advice on unforeseen risks
- he takes charge of any malaise or serious accident, up to hospitalization
- he handles on site the less serious, but sometimes spectacular, dizziness, shock, by avoiding to have your guest sent to the hospital and enabling him to return to the event as soon as possible
- he understands the Production necessities and the need for immediate treatment of technicians
- his discreet presence ensures comfort and serenity of participants and organizers during the entire course of the event.
He is a Professional of Health and of Events security, at least bilingual in French and English, whose main motivation is to help make your event a complete success.
